Show returns to New Orleans November 29th for its 43rd edition

New Orleans, LA: The International WorkBoat Show, the largest commercial marine trade show in North America announced today that the show floor is almost fully sold out for the 2023 edition. Over 950 exhibiting companies will present the latest products, solutions, and technologies in over 185,000 square feet of exhibit space and attendee registration for the event is currently trending 40% over the prior year’s event with one day left until the event.

This year the International WorkBoat Show welcomes Underwater Intervention, a trade show and conference serving the subsea and marine technology market, in the form of a dedicated pavilion within the contiguous show floor.

We are so thrilled to be able to bring the latest and greatest in  groundbreaking maritime technology and marine autonomous systems in the subsea and ROV space to our customers. In addition to Underwater Intervention a series of additional special events have been added to enhance the attendee experience including:

  • The WorkBoat International Delegation, a powerful group of over 100 dedicated buyers, recruited with the help of the U.S. Commerce Service, will be touring the show, attending the conference and meeting with exhibitors to make maritime purchases for organizations within their home countries.
  • The 20th Annual Submarine Symposium and the “Sub Hub” will also be held at WorkBoat Show for the first time in 2023. The Symposium brings together submarine professionals from around the world to discuss the state of the industry. You are invited to join, meet, and listen to the leaders, operators, regulators of the submarine industry across all sectors. Onsite visitors will also be able to view a group of submarines that will be on display on the show floor in the Sub Hub in the Underwater Intervention Pavilion.
  • The WorkBoat Conference returns with an expanded lineup of speakers and sessions. From comprehensive panel discussions featuring esteemed figures in the industry to deep-dive conversations with trailblazing marine technology companies, this year’s program is sure to impress. This year you will also have multiple face-to-face chances to stay informed about the priorities of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Navy, and Coast Guard.
  • WorkBoat’s Significant Boat Awards and Happy Hour will be held in the Great Hall this year on November 29th beginning at 3:30.  This year our WorkBoat Editors have selected 10 groundbreaking vessels from which readers will choose the Boat of the Year.  Join us as we unveil the winner and  of course have a drink on us as it happens live.
  • The Maritime Throwdown is back and this year we are thrilled to be hosting the Wild Card Finals. Stop by the brand-new arena in the back of the hall all day onNovember 30th & December 1st  as contestants compete in an obstacle course format – contestants compete in a series of physical challenges including coiling, lifting, carrying, rigging, throwing, and securing lines, all while maintaining safety.
